The focus of the Men's Ministry is to allow the Word of God to capture and transform men into God's Mighty Men who are equipped to lead their families, to stand boldly for Christ in the marketplace and, to disciple other men.
Men's Morning Bible Study:
This study meets on Thursday mornings in the 4th floor conference room of BB&T at the corner of Assembly Street and Richland Street at the following times:
6:50 a.m. – 7:14 a.m. – Breakfast
7:15 a.m. – 8 a.m.- Teaching
The men will be studying the first five books of the Holy Scriptures known as the Pentateuch. The audios and handouts for this study can be accessed here. The study will resume January 14th, AD 2010.

Exemplary Husband Book Study
Christ Church will be holding forth a study of the book The Exemplary Husband by Stuart Scott, beginning on Tuesday, September 21. The study will run from 6:30 to 8:00 PM for seven (7) weeks. Click here for more information and/or to register.

Men's Advance
We will be holding forth a Men’s Advance on Saturday, November 20th. More details will be coming forth soon but we can fill you in that Dr. Joel Beeke will be the teacher, so please mark your calendars and register for this special time of fellowship and study of God’s word. Spiritual Disciplines - These audios were given at a Men's Advance by Pastor Legare and Pastor Bowers. The focus of the talks were on Spiritual Disciplines.
The Fruit of Spiritual Disciplines - These handouts (here and here) were presented during a Men's Breakfast by Pastor Legare. His teaching on the fruit and benefits of spiritual disciplines was spot-on and we should each meditate on the fruit of restoration in both areas of intimacy and our labors. Other Men's Ministry Opportunities
- Daybreak Ministries - The "Bull Pen", led by Dr. Perry Bowers, is a ministry to the boyfriends/husbands of women receiving pregnancy counseling.
- Oliver Gospel Mission - Help those in need of spiritual guidance by serving as a mentor during the evening meal.
